Add Helm chart CE/EE test values and automated test script

CE standalone, EE standalone, EE cluster(3-node) 배포 및 테스트:

  • 공통: 데이터 삽입/삭제 CRUD 테스트
  • EE: SHOW SERVERS/DATABASES, CREATE/DROP DATABASE
  • EE Cluster: 3-node Raft 복제, 서버별 개별 조회 검증
